I am Octavian Anthony, an e-commerce guru and entrepreneur. I got into credit repair when I realized the power of business credit and saw the need for consumer education. Moving from a 580-credit score to an 850-credit score in 6 months, credit indeed transformed my life. When I achieved this 850-credit score, I noticed that I got favorable terms from banking institutions and auto dealerships. They would address me as Mr. when I walked in after they’ve pulled my credit report. I now understood the power of credit as I also understood that bad credit is expensive—it is extremely expensive—and the same item purchased with a 580-credit score is significantly different from the purchase of that same item with an 850 or above credit score. What you realize over the life of the loan is that a person in the 580s credit score will pay almost three times more for the same product or service than what another person would pay with an 850 or higher credit score.
